The fastest way: an operator replies right here, and from a deal page sees your deal at once.
We only write from these channels. Support never asks for your seed phrase or keys and never gives a different payment address: the payment address is only on the deal page.
What to have ready
Your deal number: it starts with dl_ and is in the deal link. Without it we can hardly find you - we do not ask for names or emails.
The hash of your transfer, if you have already sent the coin: it shows everything else.
Check the deal page first: it updates itself and shows whether your transfer was seen and the coin sent back. Often the answer is already there.
What we cannot help with
Recover a coin sent on another network or to an address of another coin: such funds are technically unreachable.
Cancel an already sent transaction: nobody can do that on a blockchain.
Change the rate retroactively: it is fixed when the deal is created.
