How an exchange works here

The rate locks for the whole deal
At the moment the deal is created. After that it is yours whatever the market does, until the deal is complete.

You send the coin to the address we issue
The address is issued once and belongs to your deal alone. We wait for network confirmations; how many your deal needs is written on its page.

The other coin goes to your address
If the exchange does not go through, we send your coin back. We ask for the return address separately: it is an address of a different coin, and there is nowhere to take it from in advance.
What we do not do
No sign-up required. You can exchange without an account, and a deal lives at its link - that link is yours.
We do not hold your funds between deals. The only balance is the referral reward, and it is withdrawn to your own wallet.
We do not accept cards or bank transfers: you always send crypto. You can receive a coin or rubles to your details.
We do not run a trading position. Deals are routed through exchange venues; we are not trading against you.

Do I need to sign up?
No. You can exchange without an account, and most people do: a deal lives at its link, so save it and you can return from any device.
An account is available all the same: it keeps your deal list on the server instead of the browser and holds your referral balance. No KYC, no email behind it.
How long does an exchange take?
Most of the wait is network confirmations on the chain you sent from. Bitcoin takes tens of minutes; Tron and BNB Chain take minutes. How many confirmations your deal needs is written on its page.
After the confirmations, the exchange and the payout take minutes.
I sent on the wrong network
Unfortunately those funds cannot be recovered. The address was issued for one specific chain, and on another one we do not control it.
That is exactly why the network is named three times: in the banner above the address, in the address field itself and in the hint below it. It is the one mistake in this product that cannot be fixed afterwards.
The window closed but I already sent
Do not close the deal page. We watch the address for another 24 hours after the rate stops being valid.
A late transfer is not lost: the deal moves to a return and asks for an address of the coin you sent.
What do you charge?
Our margin is already inside the rate you see. There is no «service fee» line because there is no separate fee.
On top of that there is the network fee for sending the other coin - that one is taken by the blockchain, not by us.
